Engineering Manager
Company Description
- Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC is a well-known Sri Lankan company specializing in producing & marketing high-quality porcelain tableware.
- We employ skilled artisans who create a diverse range of porcelain products, such as dinner sets, tea sets, mugs, vases, and decorative items.
Job Responsibilities
- Planning & undertaking scheduled maintenance and emergency repair/breakdowns.
- Proper implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Provide expertise to upgrade machinery to improve operational efficiency & introduce new technology/automation.
- Estimate maintenance cost, evaluate alternatives & manage budgets related to maintenance activities.
- Maintain good industrial relations within the team to enable good relationships with employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a similar capacity.
- Experience in a manufacturing entity.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, organization, and leadership skills.
