(LARAVEL/PHP)
Fortunaglobal is a leading fintech in the island. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Laravel/ PHP).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related with proven software development experience over 3+ years in PHP with practical use of OOP concepts
- An excellent understanding of the Laravel framework and other related packages is a must
- Highly proficient in PHP, HTML5, CSS, Javascript and jQuery
- Experience in ReactJS and having experience working with .NET is a definite plus.
Requirement
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git, JIRA, Bitbucket
- Experience in database design and development (MySQL)
- Good knowledge in SQL
- Experience with e-commerce applications and integration of online payment gateways
- Knowledge in AWS cloud services
- Understanding of MVC design patterns
- Software testing skills (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, etc)
- Knowledge and experience in WordPress development
- Having the possibility to work closely with clients and cross-functional departments
