Looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive in Production.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production of pastries and baked goods in our factory.
- Manage the team of production at pastry department.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.
- Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Experience in pastry and bakery production.
- Knowledge of pastry and bakery techniques, ingredients, and recipes.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, able to motivate and train a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Ensuring the product quality standards and hygiene.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with multiple teams.
- Flexibility in working hours.
