Executive - Internal Audit

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join us as an Executive in Internal Audit. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the success of a growing organization in the Food and Beverage Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with company procedures.
- Identify areas of risk and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate them.
- Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, operational processes, and management practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
- Present audit findings and recommendations to department head.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Full/Part Qualification in Professional Accounting Body (CASL/CIMA/ACCA).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal audit or related field.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, Internal Control Systems & SOPs.
- Should be prepared to travel and work in SBUS (Out of Colombo).
- Age between 25-45 years.
