We're looking for a Legal Officer

BPO Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Officer. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting clients with starting, maintaining, and growing their businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through the business registration process, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Prepare and file necessary documentation with government agencies.
  • Draft and prepare basic legal agreements (e.g., non-disclosure agreements, independent contractor agreements) on behalf of clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records.
  • Draft, vet and approve legal communiqués, contracts, MOU's and other agreements.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Laws.
  • Attorney-at-Law.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong leadership & management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
