Job Description
Emojot is actively seeking a dedicated Account Management Associate / Interns to enhance our team and support the business development of our newest software product, Kiyanna. Tailored for small and medium-sized businesses in Sri Lanka, Kiyanna offers advanced solutions for customer review and complaint management at a competitive price.
Job Role
- Efficiently manage and close sales from inbound inquiries and marketing qualified leads.
- Oversee the customer onboarding process and ensure ongoing support for our software product.
- Handle the collection of payments for software subscriptions diligently.
- Conduct online and telephone outreach to prospects nationwide.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine marketing strategies.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with sales partners to support and improve their sales processes.
- Track and analyze sales performance, usage, and billing metrics to drive improvements.
Qualifications
- A target-driven, innovative, and dynamic individual who can effectively manage tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Basic IT proficiency, including internet navigation, Microsoft Office packages, and basic image editing skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
