TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The role is crucial in ensuring that employees are well-equipped to meet the organization's goals and objectives & fostering a learning culture within the organization and contributing to the professional growth and success of its employees.
Job Role
- Process overall training and development function for all categories of employees including training need identification, designing, delivering and evaluation.
- Responsible for proceeding employees' personal development planning and execution to achieve their career and personal growth and company business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- A Degree or equivalent qualification in Training and Development.
- At least 10 years' experience in developing and implementing PDPs for senior management category.
- In Depth knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Sinhala.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Mostly encourage to apply the candidates who have capacity to work with corporate setting training and not motivational speakers.
- Any HR qualification will be an added advantage.
- Age between 35 - 50 years.
