Junior Executive - Social media & Customer engagement

  • Assist in the development and implementation of our social media strategy across all channels.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies and use them for the benefit and amplification of business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring out some interesting work happening on social media to continue to have that edge and innovation going.
  • Engage with customers in the social media space by actively listening and responding to them.
  • Monitor and analyze social media channels for mentions of the brand, competitor brands and related keywords.
  • Create, edit and publish simple content pieces on Facebook and Instagram stories to keep the community engaged.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign. Use data to analyze what's working and what's not and reinforce key messages accordingly.

What we are looking for

  • Should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a social media intern, social media analyst or a similar position.
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand engagement metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategies.
  • Exceptional team management skills.
  • Outstanding proofreading and editing skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
