IE Executive

Requirements

  • Qualified in the field of Industrial Engineering, especially in Garment related field, preferably with a Degree / Diploma in Industrial Engineering, work study method.
  • Previous 5 experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the apparel industry, is required.
  • Exposure to ISO, 5S will be an added advantage.

Management Trainee

Requirements

  • Should be less than 25 years of age.
  • Complete the final exam in foreign or local bachelor's degree program and/or qualified from a recognized professional body.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and language proficiency in Sinhala/Tamil and English.
  • Leadership competencies that outline abilities, characteristics and behavior needed to meet the challenges in managing people, process and resources.

IE Officer

Requirements

  • Qualified in the field of Industrial Engineering, especially in Garment related field, preferably with a Degree / Diploma in Industrial Engineering, work study method.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in garment field with experience of managing work study team independently.
