Executive - Fixed Deposits Operations And Customer Relationship

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Build strong relationships with customers to retain and expand our fixed deposit base.
  • Deliver outstanding service by responding to customer inquiries and customizing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage daily fixed deposit operation at Branches, ensuring efficiency and adherence to protocols.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar capacity (preferably in a Bank or Finance Company).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
