Executive - Fixed Deposits Operations And Customer Relationship

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Build strong relationships with customers to retain and expand our fixed deposit base.
- Deliver outstanding service by responding to customer inquiries and customizing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Coordinate and manage daily fixed deposit operation at Branches, ensuring efficiency and adherence to protocols.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar capacity (preferably in a Bank or Finance Company).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer literacy.
