QUALIFICATIONS
- VALID DRIVING LICENSE.
- FAIR KNOWLEDGE IN EXCEL AND COMPUTING.
- FIELD WORK ELIGIBILITY.
- RESIDENCE IN COLOMBO OR SUBURBS WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
- FAIR KNOWLEDGE IN SINHALA, TAMIL AND ENGLISH.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- IDENTIFY POTENTIAL SUPPLIERS AND EVALUATE THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
- NEGOTIATE WITH VENDORS & MAINTAIN A GOOD RELATIONSHIP AND PURCHASE FROM THE BEST.
- MANAGE THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS FROM SOURCING TO CONTRACT.
- EXECUTION, ENSURING TIMELY DELIVERY OF GOODS AND SERVICES.
- FOLLOW UP ON TIMELY DELIVERIES OF ITEMS & FACILITATE LOGISTIC ARRANGEMENTS.
- MAINTAINING VENDOR INFORMATION. HANDLING OF STOCKS, INVENTORIES & ISSUANCE.
