Center Manager
(As Assistant Manager Level)
LOCATION: COLOMBO
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, guiding, and providing assistance to the staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow up.
- The ability to identify customer needs and propose innovative ideas to increase sales.
- Deal with all issues that arise from customers.
- Manage location inventory and ensure it's all documented.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Should possess 03 years' experience in handling an outlet's management and a proven track record.
- Should have the ability to drive center staff to achieve the company's objectives.
- Possessing higher professional qualifications Will be a distinct advantage.
- Good communication skills in English language will be an added advantage.
