- Maintaining employee records, managing employee attendance, leave & ensuring data accuracy in HRIS.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and administer of EPF/ ETF and staff insurance.
- Prepare all staff related letters/ documents & deliver HR-related reports and analytics for management review.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, company policies.
The Person...
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management/Part qualification in IPM or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in similar capacity
- Previous experience in Payroll Management is an added advantage.
- Good Communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office package
- Age between 26-35 years.
- The candidate should be a team player with a "Can do attitude" who is capable of working under pressure and work extended hours as and when required.
