Vacancy for the position of Manager - Human Resources

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead strategic HR initiatives that fuel productivity and foster a culture of success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee development, safety compliance, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and legal compliance.
Job Profile
- Identify staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Implement training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies, driving overall performance and productivity.
- Ensure that the safety and health standards of the organization are adhered to while actively contributing towards promoting a culture of safety consciousness within the organization.
- Ensure compliance and alignment to legislative policies whilst driving an engaged working environment.
- Foster a performance driven culture through coaching and facilitating performance management process.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, incentives, and employee benefits, to attract and retain talent.
Personal Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related Professional Qualification.
- Five years of proven work experience in a similar role preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- A thorough understanding of Sri Lanka labour law and best practices.
- A sociable team player who prioritizes building strong relationships and excels in collaborative environments.
- Possessing excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrating agility and perseverance to accomplish tasks effectively.
