SPAR Sri Lanka offers fresh graduates and early career professionals interested in a retail career, the SPAR SL Management Trainee program.
Aiming at nurturing our high potential future leaders and providing them with an experience of a lifetime in retail, the SPAR way. This program will encompass carefully selected 18-month plan with projects. We expose our graduates to valuable experiences which will accelerate their growth.
Minimum requirements:
- Degree in Retail, Business or Similar.
- Experience in FMCG or Retail is an advantage.
- Basic English (written and spoken)
