Assistant Manager

(Strategy and Transaction Services)

We are seeking candidates for our reputed client company based in Colombo

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting policy research and comparative analysis for the designated competitive zones
  • Facilitating and follow up for regulatory approval Responsible for liaising Economic Commission and other government departments, collaborating organizations, consulting firms, and relevant institutions closely associated with the Port City
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination mechanisms and channels with interested party/stakeholders
  • Responsible for conducting policy research related to industrial introduction in the Port City
  • Offering support for the Port City's industrial positioning and investment promotion from an economic and policy perspective
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating the impact of the macroeconomic situation and related policies

Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration, Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA)
  • Part qualification in CFA is an added advantage
  • 5 to 7 Years of work experience in both private and public sector in the Financial services industry with international exposure
  • Good communicator and inter-personal skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse individuals
