Key Responsibilities:
- Protecting Intellectual Property (IP) Coordinating with External Counsels
- Negotiating, Drafting, and Reviewing Contracts Ensuring Compliance and Risk Management Handling Conveyancing and Notarial Work
- Coordinating with External Counsel for Litigation matters Overseeing Company Secretarial duties
- Providing support in various general legal matters
Prerequisites:
- Bar Admission: Must hold Attorney-at-Law status.
- Preferably possess a Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, or an equivalent degree, with proficiency in legal documentation.
- Demonstrated expertise in laws, regulations, and legal principles pertinent to the organization's industry and operations.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
- High Ethical Standards and Professionalism.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated Business Acumen.
