Junior Executive - IT Support (Male)

Candidate Profile
- A Diploma or NVQ Level 4 Certificate in Information Technology
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware, Networks, System Support, etc.
- Experience in SQL Server will be an added advantage
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- A highly professional, self-motivated individual with a growth mindset
- Teamwork skills and positive attitude

Key Responsibilities
- Assist all employees with any computer or IT related issues, assist users over the phone, in-person, and remotely
- Create, add and modify user accounts and services across our Pharmacy System
- Configure, deploy, and relocate desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV and any other related devices
- Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and document end-user system issues requests
- Ensure all requests are resolved promptly and with high-quality results.
- Trains users in procedures related to standard IT applications software or related systems
