ROLE SUMMARY
As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in shaping our clients' first impressions. Your responsibilities include managing our front desk daily and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will handle incoming calls, greet guests, and support our team with your organizational skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, directing them appropriately.
- Handle inquiries from the public and provide an outstanding first impression.
- Update calendars, schedule meetings, and support team members with general administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and telephone systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
