Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka, the premier accounting body producing middle level accountants, offering wide array of opportunities to thousands of students and members island wide, which has produced more than 47,000 Passed Finalists up to now, offers you to be a part of the team.
Key responsibilities
- SCAN TO FIND MORE ABOUT AAT SRI LANKA
- Exclusive handling of Passed Finalists and conducting campaigns to convert them to membership
- Updating and maintaining relevant databases
- Organizing PF certificate awards ceremonies
- Organizing other events for Passed Finalists and Achievers Club
- Issuing Passed Finalist certificates
- Attending to member retention campaigns, member inquiries and maintaining the accuracy of the database
- Handling all PF inquiries (telephone, emails, social media etc.)
- Assistance at membership interviews, orientations and convocation
- Assisting in tasks related to practicing members and other membership committee functions
- Participating for campaigns run to retain students
Qualifications
- A higher diploma in a relevant management field
- Possess good IT literacy skills (special in advanced Excel)
- A management degree from a recognized university would be an added advantage
Skills
- Good PR skills and client relationship skills
- Good communication & presentation skills
Experience
- High level of accuracy of work
- Good team working skills
- Minimum of 01 year experience in education industry under similar capacity
Other Requisites
- Age below 30 years
- Strong and positive sense of work commitment
- Willing to work on extra hours if required
