The Job:
- We are currently seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our Management Trainee Program in the following departments:
- Human Resources (HR)
- Information Technology (IT)
- Merchandising
As a Management Trainee, you will:
- Gain hands-on experience and exposure in your chosen department.
- Work closely with experienced professionals who will mentor and guide you.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to broaden your skills and knowledge.
- Develop a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (HR, IT, Marketing or related disciplines).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Passion for innovation and problem-solving.
