We have a vacancy for
Intern - Marketing & Communication (Head Office - Nawala)
Berendina is a group of companies consisting of Berendina Micro Investment Company Limited (BMIC) and Berendina Development Services (Gte) Limited (BDS). BMIC is the first licensed microfinance company (LMFC) regulated by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, under the Microfinance Act No 06 of 2016. It is a leading development organization in Sri Lanka through its innovative practices in microfinance and small business development. BMIC manages a loan portfolio exceeding LKR 4.5 billion representing a client base of over 90,000 through its 35 branches located in 13 districts. To ensure the long-term sustainability of our clients, we offer credit facilities, collateral savings facilities, and Enterprise Development Services (EDS).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or Diploma or part qualification in Marketing / Business Development at SLIM or any other recognized institution.
- School leavers after completing G. C. E. (A.L)s with a creative and innovative mindset are also encouraged to apply.
- Hands-on Knowledge in social platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, etc.
- Good Communication in English both written and verbal. Knowledge of Sinhala and Tamil languages will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a team environment, meet deadlines and self-motivation.
