Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies tailored to the needs of our call center environment.

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Drive initiatives to promote a positive work culture and employee engagement within the call center.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management or related field. 5 years or more of experience in HR roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Age between 35-45 years.
