Job Profile
- Carry out Gold Loan transactions as per company policies/procedures and practices
- Maintain stable gold advance portfolio and achieve the assigned gold loan targets
- Maintain a high recovery ratio through customers and ensure that minimum gold articles are sent for auction
- Actively participate in business promotions, conduct local marketing campaigns and acquire new customers to the company
- Maintain zero tolerance in respect of adherence to all internal/external audit and regulatory compliance as applicable
Candidate Profile
- Should be self driven & self motivated
- Excellent negotiation skills and time management
- Prior experience in Gold loan Marketing would be an added advantage
- Ability to work with minimum supervision in highly competitive & highly regulatory environment
- Diploma/Certification in related field would be an added advantage
