( GEX Logistics Sri Lanka) which is the leading Sri Lanka based freight forwarder operating in east Africa has been expanding its operations into Africa emerging markets with new startups and connecting global trade to said markets with its financial and logistics hub operation out of Sri Lanka. Company is achieved significant growth in revenue and profits between the trade lanes of Indian Subcontinent and East Africa. Management team compromise of industry specialist who are multinational and responsible to lead teams in respective markets. Company is looking to hire highly motivated individuals from freight forwarding/logistics and shipping lines in order to cater to supports in footprint expansions in africa and Sri Lanka.

Customer Service & Logistics Executive

Qualifications

  • Best results in A/L and Diploma or Degree in Marketing
  • Age between 25-30 (female)
  • Participation to "CS Excellence" workshop programs are added advantage
  • Minimum 1 year experience in relevant capacity
  • Computer literate in Ms office package

Other prerequisites

  • Able to contribute to work in efficient manner and goal oriented
  • Flexible working hours and able to work in a team environment
  • Resident in Colombo & suburbs area
  • Work in a team environment and carrier-minded individual
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to Manage Change and Multiskilled. Flexibility to manage deadlines in emergency situations and work from offsite (work from home)
