Associate Software QA Engineer
- Plan, design, and prioritize test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
- Execute test cases manually or using automated testing tools, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.

- Identify, report, and track software defects using issue tracking systems, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes and increase efficiency.
- Perform regression testing to validate software changes and updates, ensuring that existing functionalities remain intact.
- Conduct performance testing to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness under various load conditions.
- Document test cases, test results, and testing processes to ensure clarity and maintainability of testing artifacts.
- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Degree from a recognized university preferably a degree in Computer Science/IT
- One-year industrial experience
- Sound knowledge in software QA concepts and testing methodologies
- Experience in working with web-based and mobile applications
- Experience in test automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- ISTQB certification will be an added advantage
