We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join the Team RV branch network.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing HRIS systems for employee data tracking, reporting and ensuring data accuracy.
- Communication and Engagement Facilitating between head office and branches.
- Compliance and Legal Compliance with labor laws and regulations and handling legal issues related to employment.
- Advertising of job vacancies and interviewing candidates, selecting and hiring employees.
- Onboarding and conducting orientation programs for new hires, facilitating, training and familiarization with company policies.
- Identifying training needs Planning and organizing training programs.
Requirements
- Part qualification a university degree or a professional diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognized institute.
- Over 4 years experience in the HR field and experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
- Age below 35 and close proximity to Ja-Ela will be an added advantage.
