Financial Controller
The Job:
- The Financial Controller will oversee all financial and accounting activities within the company.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership abilities, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of financial management principles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations, including Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Oversee the financial audit process and liaise with external auditors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, with at least 7 years in a managerial position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
