SENIOR EXECUTIVE - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (WATTALA)
JOB PROFILE
- Responsible for devising strategic plans, fostering growth, and overseeing the implementation of business endeavors across designated departments
- Accountable for meeting volume targets for assigned portfolios
- Develop and deploy communication strategies to keep patients aware about the available services and upcoming events
- Execute strategies to maintain customer loyalty, fostering enduring relationships and ensuring patient contentment
- Identify potential consultants for relevant services, coordinating closely with internal teams to onboard selected consultants
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Healthcare Management from a recognized University/Institute
- A minimum of 03-04 years' experience in sales & marketing function, preferably in a hospital
- Good communication, negotiation, and numeric skills
- Experience in social media marketing and digital marketing
