EXECUTIVE - PROCUREMENT
(Union Place - Colombo 02)
We are looking for Procurement Executive who has past experience in Construction industry also, Hospitality and Plantation. This is a good opportunity for shaping your future of Construction, Hospitality and Plantation with Upcot Green Fields (Pvt) ltd.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify procurement needs and requirements.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Handling day-to-day all basic procurement-related activities.
- Evaluating all supplier pricing.
Requirements:
- A part qualification in Procurement, Supply chain, or logistics from a recognized institute.
- Strong knowledge of Construction purchasing and inventory practices.
- A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a similar capacity in the Construction sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Age should be between 25-35
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
