RESPONSIBILITIES
- To serve as the residential site engineer for the construction of a warehousing complex.
- Carry out piling supervision, administration and quality control.
- Ensure constant supervision on all work being carried out.
- Verify quality assurance of work materials and work in progress.
- Verification of contract claims and demands.
- Brief and update management on work schedules and status of project on a daily basis. Ensure orderliness of the work site.
- Be the point of contact / liaison between construction service providers and the Stassens Group.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- NDT, NCT or HND in Civil engineering with a minimum of five years of work experience (Construction)
- Five years' experience in piling administration, supervision and quality control
- Experience in project site management and supervision (Construction)
- Computer Literacy in MS Word/Excel
- Working knowledge of the English Language
