EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
TO THE GENERAL MANAGER (HR & ADMIN)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for the GM (HR & Admin).
- Maintain the GM (HR & Admin)'s calendar.
- Daily correspondence related to the office of the GM (HR & Admin). Attending to the GM (HR & Admin)'s personal correspondence.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Should possess a good secondary education with a minimum of three passes at the G.C.E. A/L Examination.
- Minimum of 02 years' experience in a reputed private sector environment in a similar capacity.
- Should have the ability to work independently on routine matters.
- Should be conversant with all secretarial practices.
- Should be computer literate and competent in all modern office packages (MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook).
- Should be capable of shouldering responsibility & maintaining strict confidentiality.
