We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Co-Founder in our Plantation sector. Here are the key highlights of our project:
Model Farm in Matale: We've established a state-of-the-art model farm on 7.5 acres in Matale to strengthen our agri-supply chains for both local and international markets. This farm is the cornerstone of our future expansion plans, aiming to build a robust network of outgrown farmers who will supply us in the coming years.

- Standard greenhouses
- Vertical NFT hydroponics greenhouse
- Mushroom house
- We specialize in cultivating certain fruits and herbs like Blue Pea and Gurmar
Looking for a Co-Founder with:
- Prior experience in agriculture and growing various crops, including expertise in greenhouse and hydroponics technology
- A genuine passion for plantation and agriculture
- Willingness to relocate to Matale and take full ownership of managing the project
Compensation & Role:
- High equity compensation vested over a period + profit-sharing scheme
- Managing assets worth over $150,000 (excluding land)
- Developing plans and strategies for crop growth, leading and guiding teams, and being hands-on involved
- Responsible for managing and scaling the plantation sector through our own lands and the out-grower farmers, ensuring a steady supply of raw materials to our manufacturing sector
