Sales Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for an aspect-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting the sales team, organizing sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships.

The sales coordinator will be accountable for ensuring that all sales-related activities are executed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the sales database and ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving their goals by managing and coordinating all aspects of the sales process.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Addressing customer issues and collaborating with the sales team to provide solutions.
  • Monitoring and supervising inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  • Analyzing market potential and trends, determining areas where sales are weak, and initiating action to develop market penetration.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Good team development and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills & high-Advanced expertise with MS Office programs.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication and problem-solving skills.
