ACCOUNTANT
Dayaratne Apparel Solutions (Pvt) Ltd., is a company in the apparel industry established over 20 years, and now looking for an Accountant to work in their Finance Dept.
Job Role
- Full set of accounts, preparing Monthly Management / Financial Report
- All works related to the closing accounts:
- Manage & maintain complete spectrum of all accounting function of Finance Report
- Banking, Bank Reconciliation, Petty cash, Cheque
- Liaise with audit, tax and professional Etc.
- Financial forecasting and risk analysis
- Analyzing accounts and business plans
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Accounts Department
- Experience in import / Export would be an added qualification.
Skills and Education
- Candidate must possess a bachelor's Degree
- Candidate who possesses Professional Qualifications e.g. CA / CIMA (part qualified or finalist with experience) will be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Sinhala, Tamil, or any other language proficiency would be an added advantage.
- 5 years hands-on experience in the accounting field
- Responsible, independent, team player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Interpersonal skills to work with all levels of staff and management
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
