Manager - Communications
Central Finance seeks a communication specialist with the objective of delivering a comprehensive communication strategy to increase our reach and engagement with existing and new audiences through a holistic and innovative approach in the financial markets.
We want you to
- Lead and deliver omni-channel communication campaigns and strategies in line with the requirements from the business unit.
- Support and oversee the design of marketing campaigns, content creation and execution through the above channels and measure the impact of all such communications.
- Address key issues and communicate to a range of audiences both internally and externally through creative and logical problem solving.
- Be accountable in timely delivery of all communication initiatives assigned to you.
- Protect and enhance the company's brand through developing brand usage guidelines for internal and external use and monitor the same.
- Effectively manage the annual budget for communication activities, ensuring cost effectiveness and timely reporting.
- Be responsible for the complaint handling process of the company and ensure the smooth process of handling the complaints received with proper response and positive outcomes.
- Manage and be responsible for PR and press relations of the company.
We expect you to
- Possess a bachelor's degree and/or full or part qualification in marketing/business management/communication or related discipline
- Have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in brand/marketing communications with at least 3 years at a Senior Executive or Assistant Managerial level.
- Be digital savvy with excellent presentation and analytical skills with a strong vision and desire for personal growth.
- Be a strong people's person with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
