ACCOUNTANT
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the selected candidate will be an integral part of the business, which involves the management of external partners, collaborate with numerous internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and organizing the Finance team and support the Head of Finance.
- Overseeing the accounting / financial management and reporting functions of the company.
- Budget planning as well as supporting higher management teams in offering insights on financial/accounts, advice the management to make the best business decisions for the company.
- Overlooking statutory requirements, including those pertaining to TIEP operation.
- Improving and overlooking the compliance of internal controls.
Requirements:
- Member of the ICASL, CIMA, or ACCA.
- Possesses at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving ability to deliver under challenging environments/tight deadlines with excellent analytical skills, business acumen, ability to demonstrate positive attitude, drive and initiation.
- Exceptional management skills including people management, organizing and planning budgets, capacity planning & maximizing operational efficiency of the department.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. A persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent presentation skills with an aptitude to work in an electronically networked and integrated system environment.
