Plant In charge - Commercial Sterilizing
We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and energetic individual with solid experience in process development and production planning with a passion for sales.
Key Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day production of the plant, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and according to quality and safety standards.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure that products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements in first pass.
- Manage inventory level of materials and supplies required for production processes to prevent shortages and delays.
- Daily calculation of the operational cost of the processing unit to keep the costs on track.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the sterilization industry.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, regularly visiting and addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and revenue growth goals set by the company management.
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Process and Chemical Engineering, or any other relevant stream.
- Previous working experience in the field of manufacturing/production company will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of machinery & process developments.
- Must have a natural passion for sales and business promotions.
- Must have visionary skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and ability to influence others.
- Age below 35 years.
- Must have a valid light vehicle driving license.
- Residence near Weliweriya, Gampaha and suburbs or willing to get boarded.
