ASSISTANT MANAGER / SENIOR EXECUTIVE - SALES & MARKETING
Responsibilities:
- Participates in sales calls to acquire new business.
- Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Execute the plans set out by the management to drive measurable and incremental revenue.
- Suggests innovative marketing ideas and develop deployment strategies to continue to grow market share.
- Build and maintain customer and company profiles.
- Establish long term business relationships.
- Researches competitor's sales team strategies to identify ways to grow occupancy and increase market share.
Qualifications:
- Multilingual communication, negotiations and PR skills.
- Prior experience in a similar position in the travel & tourism industry is mandatory.
- A positive character, team player with professional attitude.
- A professional qualification in Sales & Marketing will be advantageous.
