ASSISTANT LECTURER/LECTURER
FULL TIME PART TIME
ENGLISH LANGUAGE (NUGEGODA)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing effective teaching methods.
- Required to Teach certificate and diploma levels courses.
- Assist Students with assignments and course work completion.
- Establish and maintain a positive learning environment and facilitate students.
- Ability to carry out assigned responsibilities with Minimum Supervision.
- Preparing contents, study materials and assignments for courses.
- Setting exam papers and marking schemes.
- Creating and managing students and class reports.
- Produce English Content for Social media Platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a minimum qualification of an undergraduate Degree in English Language, TOFEL, or TESL from a recognized University.
- 2 years' Experience in a similar role.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent PR and Communication Skills.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Sinhala & Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- IT Literacy is a must.
