Come join our team as an Executive - Human Resources

What you need to do

  • Activate and update the relevant weekly HR systems.
  • Work with HR centers, HR partners, and the compensation team to sort out profile issues.
  • Work with all stakeholders on future developments of the Employee App.
  • Coordinate for relevant events with suppliers.
  • Coordinate internally with the HR department, the Head Office, and with Outlets on relevant matters.
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct feedback forums.
  • Share insights and action plans with the HR team.
  • Share data with the Employee Wellbeing team for the dashboard.
  • Develop project documents and presentations and coordinate until execution of the relevant projects while managing a team.

What we are looking for

  • Should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or an equivalent Professional Qualification.
  • A minimum of 1 year's work experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
  • MS Office literacy, public speaking skills together with the ability to speak, read and write in English and Sinhala. Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to think logically.
