Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the design process, ensuring the creation of trend-setting intimates and active wear that aligns with our brand identity.
- Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends in intimates and active wear to keep our designs fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs from concept to production, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and gaps in the intimates and active wear market, providing insights for product development.
- Work closely with the design team, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Proven experience in intimates and active wear design.
- Strong proficiency in design software and tools.
- Excellent understanding of fabric, construction, and manufacturing processes.
