Graduate Trainee - Sourcing & Procurement Brandix Apparel (Private) Limited - Intimates - Biyagama
SCOPE
- As the Graduate Trainee in Sourcing & Procurement, you will be reporting to the Assistant Manager of Procurement. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that garments are produced and delivered on time, according to approved designs and quality standards, for the buyer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the execution of orders in a timely manner to meet predefined delivery targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage your Time and Action (T&A) schedules, taking full responsibility for customer coordination. Maintain records and distribute weekly updates, coordinating with the planning team to meet committed delivery deadlines.
- Keep status reports on all orders updated and strive to achieve 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD). Develop expertise in related processes and systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate / Undergraduate in Marketing or any other relevant field.
