Location: Katugasthota, Kandy Sri Lanka

Job Role: Secretary to Chairman

Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as drafting emails and monitoring communication channels.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Facilitate online payments and assist with financial management tasks, including managing accounts and bank deposits.
  • Support the Managing Director in daily tasks and scheduling.
  • Plan and organize travel arrangements, including ticket bookings.
  • Maintain and update the appointment diary, providing timely reminders.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Chairman while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Drive the Chairman's vehicle as needed.

Requirements:

  • Male candidates preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Age above 30 years
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and Sinhala.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Possession of a valid light vehicle driving license.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Punctuality and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
