Location: Katugasthota, Kandy Sri Lanka
Job Role: Secretary to Chairman
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence.
- Handle administrative tasks such as drafting emails and monitoring communication channels.
- Prepare reports.
- Facilitate online payments and assist with financial management tasks, including managing accounts and bank deposits.
- Support the Managing Director in daily tasks and scheduling.
- Plan and organize travel arrangements, including ticket bookings.
- Maintain and update the appointment diary, providing timely reminders.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Chairman while ensuring confidentiality.
- Drive the Chairman's vehicle as needed.
Requirements:
- Male candidates preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Age above 30 years
- Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and Sinhala.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Possession of a valid light vehicle driving license.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Punctuality and ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
