- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality role within a meat processing plant (preferably in Poultry)
- Experience in Quality role within poultry processing plant will be preferred
- Good working knowledge of quality standards and audits
- Should be familiar with quality legislation and systems
- ISO certification in ISO2200:2005
- Good operational knowledge of Meat processing & animal health
