Job Profile:
- Conduct thorough cost analysis for all production activities, identifying cost-saving opportunities and variances.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to management for informed decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze inventory transactions, ensuring accurate valuation and control.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures, and assist with internal and external audits.
- Work closely with production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost data and support business objectives.
Person Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and fully or partially qualified in CIMA, CA, or CMA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
