Branch Executive - Colombo
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent service to the Driver partners by providing solutions to their daily issues and concerns
- Achievement of driver retention plan objectives by effective communication of company benefits
- Provide training for the district supply base to help them understand the platform
- Manage & guide district agents & freelancer teams towards their daily achievements
- Work as a member of the online team to supply the demand
- Contribute to the district business development plan by enhancing supply & demand
- Manage & contribute towards the activation programs in the district
- Work as an active member of the team & support to achieve the targets & goals for the District
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- A Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum one-year work experience in customer handling is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and customer support skills
- Candidates should be able to work and stay in Colombo
