WE ARE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR TALENT FOR RESORTS GROUP CHIEF ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical leadership to all Engineering aspects of the properties.
- Develop maintenance policies, safety standards, and procedures and ensure that the hotels are in compliance with all local, state, and government laws.
- Lead new property development projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for efficient operation.
- Manage each property's controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
Prerequisites:
- Degree in Building and Construction / Engineering / Mechanics or related professional area; with technical knowledge in HVAC-R, Electrical, and Plumbing.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience, preferably in the Hospitality Industry is an added advantage.
