SHIFT/PRODUCTION MANAGER - Male/Female (Two Vacancies at Andiambalama.)
Requirements
- Work independently in an industrial kitchen producing 10,000 meals per day.
- Age between 35-45 with 6 to 7 years of work experience.
- Minimum qualification required is GCE O/L.
Work Responsibilities are:
- Managing and administering the shift to meet daily targets.
- Record keeping.
- Time management & motivation.
- Costs & waste management.
The position reports to the Facility Manager. Opportunities to learn industrial food preparation and career growth are the other opportunities available.
