KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP WM solutions, including gathering requirements, designing system architecture, configuring the WM module, and conducting thorough testing to ensure successful deployment.
Customize SAP WM functionalities to align with clients' unique business processes and requirements, utilizing ABAP programming where necessary to enhance system capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP WM with other modules such as SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP PP (Production Planning) to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.
Identify areas for optimization and improvement within existing SAP WM systems, implementing best practices and performance tuning strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall warehouse operations.
Provide comprehensive training to end-users on SAP WM functionalities, processes, and best practices. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any system issues or user queries promptly.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user manuals, to ensure clarity and continuity for future reference and knowledge transfer.
Stay abreast of the latest developments and advancements in SAP WM technology and industry trends, proactively researching and evaluating new features, tools, and methodologies to enhance our service offerings.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP Warehouse Management solutions.
In-depth knowledge of SAP WM functionalities, including warehouse structure, master data management, inventory management, and warehouse movements.
Should have extensive experience in designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP WM modules to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Strong proficiency in SAP WM configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with Fiori apps for SAP WM is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot complex issues and devise innovative solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
SAP certification in Warehouse Management is preferred.
